A proposal by PJM Interconnection to rework the capacity market in their system will have enormous negative impact on consumers, asserts the Transition Coalition, a diverse group of consumers, developers, providers, and investors. The comments were part of a process that PJM put into place to provide input to the proposal. Other coalitions included one formed with Advanced Energy Management Alliance members.
