In New Orleans last week, as state utility regulatory commissioners were meeting for the NARUC annual conference, AEMA hosted a Big Easy breakfast complete with a French toast bar and a paper designed to demystify distributed energy resources (DERs). The book contains case studies of residential, commercial, and industrial DER projects and programs with a summary of actions for regulators to take that would enable customers to engage and access clean, cost-effective, and resilient resources of their choice.
